Bullet Gastino's self-titled debut was the most
experimental effort to date for Friendly Psychics
Music upon its 2001 release. Employing the talents of
the mysterious Gastino brothers and their lo-fi drum
beats, haunting vocals, '80s guitar effects and
absurdist lyrics, the album gave the impression of
mutilated robots trying to break out of a melody cage
in a David Lynch movie.

Bullet Gastino II followed up the band's debut with
more instrumental breadth and less reliance on vocals.
Songs like "Ba Blah" employed the talents of The
Brothers Gastino (Charlie, Chris, Ken and Dan) while
pushing the disturbing overtones to the mid-ground.
The band was last seen traveling West on I-70 towards
Indianapolis, dragging a bison corpse behind their
flaming RV.
